Disclaimer of Affiliation
1.4 This website is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc. (discord.com) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Product Description and Pricing
2.1 The description and pricing of any product are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Offers and Promotions
2.2 Any product offer can be changed or removed at any time without notice. If there is an ongoing order, the buyer will be notified and given a warning.
Delivery Time
2.3 Please note that all orders can take up to 24-48 hours to be fully delivered. Boosts cannot be transferred or revoked once delivered. If your server administrator or bot removes the boosting accounts, compensation cannot be provided.
Warranty and Returns
3.1 Every product is covered by our warranty policy, explained below. Returns are not accepted, and our store maintains a strict no-refund policy. If a product is faulty, a replacement may be possible under specific conditions.
Eligible for Replacement
3.2 The product is eligible for a replacement if one of the following occurs:
(a) The product does not match its description.
(b) The product fails within its warranty period.
Not Eligible for Replacement
3.3 The product is NOT eligible for a replacement if:
(a) The product is beyond its warranty period.
(b) The boosted server was lost while under the buyer’s ownership.
(c) Contacting support on advertised websites or leaving negative feedback closes the support case without a satisfactory result, potentially leading to a store blacklist.
(d) Chargebacks violate our Terms of Service, possibly resulting in the loss of product access and a complete blacklist from the purchase website and Discord. Your private information may be used for fraudulent chargeback investigations.
(e) Any threats will not be tolerated and may result in a ban or blacklist.
Obligation to Follow Rules
4.1 You must adhere to these rules under all circumstances. Violating these rules may result in a ban.
Chat Guidelines

Avoid using words such as “Token,” “Cheater,” “Cheating,” “Hack,” “Hacker,” “Carding,” “Cracking,” “Cracked,” “Cracker,” etc.
Maintain respectful conduct (no excessive swearing, hate speech, etc.)
We (“me, Hannes,” “staff,” ”Boost Universe”) reserve the right to remove any chat message or link without explanation.
Ticket Guidelines

Do not spam; every message is read when possible.
No swearing.
If resolving an order issue, please explain your problem calmly and clearly.
Every ticket will be replied to within 7 days of the customer's last message. We are not bound to solve the ticket within a specific timeframe but strive to address every support ticket as soon as possible.
